What raises insanity

• Autopsies and organ work
• Digging/filling graves, decoration, exhumation
• Several corpse-linked crafts

If exhausted, pushing more tasks stacks insanity faster—stop and recover.

How to lower it

• Sleep when actually exhausted (not just low energy).
• Beer from the village tavern merchant.
• Delegate grim loops to zombies when possible.
